Every batch is assayed by HPLC before it is labelled, and the chromatogram is published alongside the number so the peak can be read rather than taken on trust. The lot printed on your vial selects its own report, so you are reading the result for the unit in your hand rather than a sample from another run. The report is linked from the product page, your cart and your order confirmation.
Orders placed before 2PM ET are dispatched the same business day from Ontario, and Canada Post tracked delivery is typically 1–3 business days. Tracked shipping is free over $200.00. Packaging is discreet and no signature is required; if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged we reship it.
Vials arrive lyophilized and are stable at room temperature in transit. Store them sealed at −20 °C, away from light. To reconstitute, add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl — never shake — until the solution is clear. Keep reconstituted vials at 2–8 °C. Bacteriostatic water is offered as an add-on at checkout because you cannot reconstitute without it.
No account is needed — checkout is two steps and guest by default, though you can log in if you already have one. We accept Visa and Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer and crypto. Interac instructions are emailed and the order ships once the transfer lands; crypto locks its rate for 15 minutes and takes a further 5% off.
